Project Manager (Retail)

Location: Den Bosch ('s-Hertogenbosch), the Netherlands. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Remote work from other countries is not possible.

An international consumer-products company creating apparel and lifestyle products for global brands across design, logistics, retail, and events.

What you will do

• Define project approaches, scopes, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project implementation and track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Identify project risks and challenges, propose countermeasures, and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Track project expenses, prepare forecasts and financial reports, and keep delivery within budget.
• Close projects, hand over deliverables, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant project management experience or experience in a comparable role.
• Proficient English.
• Knowledge of, or interest in developing knowledge of, PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile, or another relevant methodology.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into tactical plans, alongside strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; work or residence permit sponsorship is not provided.
