Senior Project Manager (Pharma/Biotech)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project and programme activities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement.
• Develop project documentation and reports for stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
