Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and operate scalable, secure, automated Kubernetes infrastructure for AI-driven clinical and data-intensive workloads.
• Lead GitOps adoption so infrastructure and application changes are delivered through version-controlled automated pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and reliability across multi-tenant environments with demanding GPU workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams on cloud-native production solutions and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps or SRE experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Production Kubernetes experience, including multi-tenant clusters, GPU scheduling, autoscaling, RBAC, namespaces, operators, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong Linux, networking, scripting, automation, distributed-systems troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP services such as GKE, AlloyDB, CloudSQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage, or with AWS or Azure.
• GPU workload experience with NVIDIA device plugin, MIG, CUDA runtime, and scheduling optimization.
• Experience with container security, secrets management, policy enforcement, service meshes, or security and compliance frameworks.
