What you will do

  • Plan and ensure the availability of bulk and API materials for production.
  • Evaluate material requirements, replenishment needs, supplier deliveries, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze material availability and potential discards to optimize operating costs and production efficiency.
  • Review and reschedule material requirements in SAP, including artwork changes and source changes.
  • Maintain SAP material master, production planning data, and BOM-related information.
  • Monitor OTIF and other KPIs, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and provide backup for the Site Planner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, or industrial engineering.
  • Fresh graduates with strong supply chain management knowledge are welcome; approximately two years of production planning or material management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP and APO, inventory management, master production scheduling, sales and operations planning, and network planning.
  • Understanding of BOM, material master data, production planning systems, and supply chain metrics.
  • Knowledge of cGMP in manufacturing and packaging operations, operational excellence, and materials handling systems.
  • Good written and verbal English is required for day-to-day communication.
