Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct daily operations across the production department.
• Review and approve production schedules.
• Control operating costs and capital while improving production efficiency and rates.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and maintain efficient manufacturing processes.
• Set expectations, monitor results, and coach, counsel, or discipline employees as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce production policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including 1–2 years managing people or projects.
• Knowledge and practical application of ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, computer, oral, and written communication skills.
