Production Supervisor (Crystal Manufacturing / Discrete Test)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing role, 100% inside. Travel: 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Supervise production staff supporting crystal manufacturing and discrete test.
• Organize and monitor workflows to meet production schedules and on-time customer delivery.
• Manage employee safety, productivity, workmanship, attendance, payroll, and performance.
• Develop, train, coach, and empower production employees while supporting cross-training and succession planning.
• Partner with supervisors, management, process engineering, design engineering, and quality engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality initiatives, cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, with 2–4 years of supervisory experience or a preferred bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and effective leadership, performance management, and employee development skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, documentation, writing, conflict-resolution, and multitasking skills.
• Computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, internet access, and email.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, high-volume or high-mix production, customized products, or mass customization.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
