Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site five days per week in Kentwood/Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. Production hours are 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Annual base salary: $65,200–$118,860 USD.

What you will do

• Lead the team's daily performance across safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Coordinate materials usage and production flow in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support plant programs and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Communicate production goals and plant-wide initiatives to leadership and production employees.
• Coach employees, support training and development, and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage shifting production priorities and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Michigan.
