Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Pinetops, North Carolina, United States of America; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead a production team within an assigned production unit or line.
• Coordinate production scheduling and plans to meet volume requirements and inventory service levels.
• Organize resources and maintain efficient operations in line with procedures, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify production-area deficiencies and oversee equipment, facility, and process improvements.
• Manage critical product and equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
• Lead effective start-of-shift production meetings and maintain operational and reliability discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading in a manufacturing or product development environment, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Project management skills for leading small Kaizen projects.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or a proven record of leading continuous improvement projects.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States is required.
