Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fremont, OH, United States; onsite at the Fremont Factory

Base salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and third shift.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement objectives.
• Lead, develop, empower, and support direct reports and large teams of hourly associates.
• Develop and promote safety programs and safe work practices through plant safety initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain effective employee and labor relations within the department.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large teams of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively with plant personnel from hourly employees to senior management.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
