Warehouse Management Trainee - Overnights

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Wisconsin Distribution Center. Other listed locations include Round Lake and Waukegan, Illinois, and Kenosha and Antioch, Wisconsin. Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $32–$36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management.
• Train across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop management skills to maintain accuracy, safety, and performance standards.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work the overnight schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
