Digital Business Analyst - Customer Engagement

What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Gather, validate, own, and document business, system, and non-functional requirements.
• Define current-state and future-state processes and translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams, third-party vendors, IT, and wider business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support digital products that improve the pub experience and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Proven business analysis experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience with customer reward or discount schemes, gamification, pricing, promotions, and loyalty-driven businesses.
• Experience using customer data to increase engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Relevant qualifications or progress toward BCS Business Analysis certification.
