Business Analysts (Intermediate to Senior – Multiple)

Location: Based at UK client locations, working remotely, or based in the Godalming or Milton Keynes offices. Candidates must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years and be eligible to obtain at least SC clearance.

Salary: £45,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company benefits.

What you will do

• Define product scope, objectives, and benefits for client assignments.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Elicit requirements and business processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with agile delivery teams.
• Define MVPs, epics, and user stories using appropriate analysis techniques.
• Help clients measure and realise business objectives and benefits.

Requirements

• Intermediate to senior-level business analysis experience.
• Consultant mindset and willingness to work across varied business domains.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate the rationale behind recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Five years of UK residence and eligibility to obtain at least SC clearance.

Nice to have

• UK public-sector experience and knowledge of the GDS Service Manual.
• Scrum agile coaching experience.
• Product owner or proxy product owner experience.
