Engineer III, Process (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Plan, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes for power MOSFET products.
• Improve product yield, UPH, quality, process capability, and reliability while reducing defects.
• Train operators and inspectors in production operations.
• Evaluate new and second-source materials for cost savings and quality improvement.
• Communicate with SCLA and other areas to resolve product and process issues.
• Collaborate with product engineering and QRA engineering on lot disposition and inspection plans.

Requirements

• 0–4+ years of experience in semiconductor and process engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work onsite in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
