MT Improvement Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid in Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

What you will do

• Implement metrology systems and conduct measurement system analysis tests.
• Lead projects focused on production safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate technical transfers and field implementation activities.
• Work with GTG and MT engineers on equipment installation, advanced troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Perform data mining and statistical analysis using JMP.
• Provide engineering support for process optimization, troubleshooting, and development.

Requirements

• MS or BS degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience; semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong accountability, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and JMP.
• Experience with automation, design, troubleshooting, maintenance, mechanical or static inspection, technical specifications, piping, or valves.
