Vice President (f/m/d) Gas Services Controls & Digitalization Europe & Africa

Location: Hybrid role with locations in Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, and South Africa; Munich, Bavaria is listed as a location. The role requires extensive regional and international travel of more than 50%.

What you will do

• Lead the Controls, Electrical, and Digitalization services business across Europe and Africa.
• Develop and execute multi-product growth strategies, business plans, and market expansion initiatives.
• Own regional P&L performance, forecasting, channel management, risk management, and financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multicultural teams across remote and local settings.
• Build strategic relationships with major customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation, operational improvement, ethical standards, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, business management, or a related field.
• Extensive sales, service, or project execution experience in the power generation industry.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution; direct P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in direct sales, aftermarket services, or complex multidisciplinary project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and multicultural team development skills.
• Fluent English is required; extensive regional and international travel of more than 50% is required.

• Fluency in a European or African language.
• Prior direct P&L responsibility.
