What you will do
- Lead the commercial and operational success of a regional Club, including P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
- Own strategic account leadership, executive relationships, client satisfaction, and long-term client value.
- Advise C-suite and Director-level clients, shaping insight-led conversations and connecting services to business outcomes.
- Develop and close high-value, multi-million-pound commercial deals and build client growth strategies.
- Support engagement, capability development, psychological safety, and performance across multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote ’s operating model, culture, values, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial leadership, account ownership, and business development.
- Ability to act as a credible advisor to C-suite and Director-level clients.
- Experience shaping value propositions and closing complex commercial deals.
- Confidence making decisions, navigating ambiguity, and leading through complexity.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, and people-development skills.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, outcome-focused, client-centric, and committed to inclusive collaboration.
