What you will do
- Own in-market commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability, pipeline conversion, and local execution across all verticals.
- Translate global strategy and transformation priorities into a disciplined, locally relevant execution plan.
- Oversee delivery quality, client outcomes, local resourcing, and escalation of significant client matters.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods across the UK organization.
- Lead legal-entity governance, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
- Integrate Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Support while representing with clients, Microsoft field teams, partners, and industry bodies.
Requirements
- General management experience connecting commercial performance, delivery quality, people capability, and client relationships.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure and hold vertical sales leaders accountable for local performance.
- Strong commercial discipline, strategic execution, and constructive challenge in complex business environments.
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements, cultural nuance, works council dynamics, and global processes implemented locally.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on the business, clients, and employees.
