TL;DR
PeopleSoft Technical Developer (PeopleSoft): Designing, developing, and supporting customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications with an accent on PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker. Focus on implementing business requirements, supporting upgrades and patches, and building secure, maintainable customizations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do
- Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
- Implement business requirements in partnership with functional consultants.
- Develop PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches while following clean-customization principles.
- Ensure custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain clear documentation.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD Holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.
- New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of PeopleSoft technical development experience; six or more years are preferred in the position profile.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, SQL, and the PeopleSoft data model.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures, upgrades and patches, plus working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine.
Nice to have
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Exposure to Fluid UI development and Oracle DBA fundamentals.
