Secondary Engineer Specialist (LCC)

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office) in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Develop protection and control designs for electrical substation projects.
• Design control schematics for GIS local control cabinets throughout all project stages.
• Prepare specifications and bills of material for GIS local control cabinets.
• Develop panel layouts and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support manufacturing activities in line with contract specifications, customer requirements, safety requirements, and applicable technical regulations.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests and generate as-built cabinet documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Communications Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience designing control schematics.
• Familiarity with IEC and ANSI standards.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, collaborate effectively, and remain focused on customer requirements.
