Hardware Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical

Location: Hybrid in Tlaquepaque, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico — 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: MXN 31,575–44,550 per month

What you will do

• Advise customers on suitable hardware solutions for product development and translate opportunities into product fits.
• Integrate hardware systems without focusing on board-level schematic design.
• Evaluate components and manage the selection and implementation of advanced interconnect solutions.
• Perform finite element analysis, stress and force calculations, and dimensional and electrical evaluations.
• Assess signal integrity for high-speed electrical signals and their applications.
• Manage projects from concept through production release and coordinate with the main supplier.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Experience managing projects from concept to production release.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Advanced English is required.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule with 3 office days per week in Tlaquepaque, Guadalajara.

Nice to have

• Product customization experience.
• Experience in the connector industry, including IP&E.
