Engineer I, Project Engineering (HVACR)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with on-site work three times per week. Night shift: 9pm–6am or 8pm–5am.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and senior project engineers to understand customer requirements and support pre-sales meetings.
• Prepare technical responses for RFI/RFP requests and contribute to proposal scopes.
• Research outsourced components, request quotes, and help define project specifications based on product and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support during pilot implementations and evaluations, including basic training for field resources.
• Create and maintain surveys, drawings, commissioning forms, project-service documents, and technical instructions.
• Answer technical questions, support sales strategy, record project activities in QuickBase or iTime, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or process improvement and automation.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Ability to analyze product designs, performance standards, customer requirements, and project specifications.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.
• Availability for the required night shift and hybrid schedule with on-site work three times per week.
