What you will do

• Independently design and manage complex formwork, climbing systems, infrastructures, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, material take-offs, and static design calculations according to European standards.
• Conduct advanced structural analysis using specialized tools such as hirify.global Force Control, RSTAB, and Static Tool.
• Verify offer drawings, GADs, BQs, and assembly/fabrication drawings before final approval.
• Prioritize projects based on assembly time, equipment sourcing, and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to the global product strategy and brief Formwork Instructors on site requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 6 years of relevant industry exhirify.globalence in complex formwork, shoring, and scaffold design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (BIM), hirify.globalcad NextGen (BricsCAD), RSTAB, and RFEM.
• Fluent English proficiency (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
