What you will do

• Design and manage complex formwork, climbing systems, infrastructure, shoring, scaffolding, and specialized steel solutions using hirify.global products.
• Prepare detailed drawings, material take-offs, and static design calculations.
• Perform advanced static calculations and structural analyses using hirify.global Force Control, RSTAB, Static Tool, and related engineering tools.
• Review offer drawings, general arrangement drawings, bills of quantities, static calculations, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings before Lead Engineer approval.
• Prioritize projects based on assembly time, equipment sourcing, and delivery schedules, while supporting product strategy and project kick-off meetings.
• Brief Formwork Instructors before site visits and identify required engineering training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• More than 6 years of relevant industry exhirify.globalence with complex formwork, climbing, infrastructure, shoring, scaffolding, and special steel solutions.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and BIM, hirify.globalcad NextGen, BricsCAD, RSTAB, RFEM, MS Office, hirify.global Force Control, Static/Excel Tools, and hirify.globalan.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English is required in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and work effectively under pressure.
