Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid work near the Memphis, TN National Executive Office or Coppell, TX office; exceptional candidates from other U.S. locations may be considered.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex business and technology solutions as the primary ITS lead.
• Gather and document requirements, use cases, solution designs, project scopes, estimates, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and technology strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners through project execution.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Perform ROI analysis, monitor project outcomes, and support budget and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in information systems, solution architecture, and technology delivery.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology solution design.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of technology governance and architecture frameworks.
