Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin, United States; onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
• Translate business processes and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and governance practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive digital transformation across cloud, AI, data, ERP, and enterprise application environments.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and design workshops while mentoring development and technology teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, operations, business, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in information technology, solution architecture, enterprise applications, or related roles.
• Broad expertise across enterprise applications and ERP, software development, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, security and operations, and data and analytics platforms.
• Experience with enterprise technology vendors and software providers, including Oracle EBS or a comparable ERP platform.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex technology solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Oracle E-Business Suite certification or equivalent ERP expertise.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, enterprise data exchange patterns, SDLC, and Agile delivery.
• Exposure to Azure, Azure API Management, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenAI and AI-enabled solutions, Snowflake, SQL, Oracle EBS/ASCP, Palantir, and enterprise API ecosystems.
