Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Boston, Massachusetts; Austin, Texas; and Boise, Idaho. Travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery through requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Analyze business processes, content, infrastructure, security models, data sources, and third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements into hirify.global solution designs, integration approaches, process maps, UML diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead technical design across multiple projects and coordinate deployment, migration, QA, UAT, training, and delivery validation.
• Use Claude for research, analysis, documentation, and identifying gaps while reviewing outputs and protecting customer data.
• Identify automation and AI-agent opportunities, coordinate product gaps with R&D, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of corporate services consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and creating solution designs.
• Hands-on daily experience with Claude and knowledge of AI-agent governance, supervision, and responsible enterprise data access.
• Experience with document or content management systems, solution architecture, cross-application integration, and enterprise IT delivery lifecycles.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and concurrent project-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, vault applications, scripting, APIs, Claude Projects, connectors, or MCP integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure, data governance, information security, networks, and authentication.
• Business analysis methods or certifications such as CBAP.
• Knowledge of .NET languages, data structures, programming concepts, APIs, and integration patterns.
