Technical Reliability Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex reliability projects from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Translate customer and contract requirements into technical plans, deliverables, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate technical activities across local, regional, and global specialists.
• Perform and facilitate RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, asset criticality, Weibull, bad actor, and maintenance strategy analyses.
• Lead technical discussions, progress reviews, and presentations with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Assess contract health and develop improvement plans addressing technical, operational, financial, risk, and customer performance gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and facilitating Asset Management and Reliability Engineering initiatives.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects and improving service or reliability contracts.
• Intermediate to advanced English is required.
• Fluent Spanish is required.
