What you will do

• Lead root cause analysis and brainstorming sessions to develop corrective actions.
• Generate and implement cost-reduction ideas through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee product documentation releases and engineering change management.
• Provide technical support and resolve product-related issues for internal and external customers.
• Train local and global resources on product knowledge and engineering processes.
• Own the design and technical performance of assigned products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in product engineering or electronics manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency, equivalent to a TOEFL score of 300 or higher.
• Ability to manage and interpret SPICE simulation software results.
• Experience conducting and training others on FMEA, design analysis, and product release documentation processes.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
• Basic knowledge of W-R products.
• Understanding of engineering documentation release processes.
