Warehouse Manager

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts, United States; onsite warehouse role.

Salary: USD 90,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, delivery, and warehouse logistics activities.
• Coordinate finished-product flow with Production, shipping schedules, customer requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Plan truck routes and delivery schedules and maintain operational readiness of the truck and trailer fleet.
• Manage warehouse inventory accuracy, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, physical inventories, and ERP transactions.
• Lead approximately 8–10 warehouse and logistics employees, including work assignment, coaching, development, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Improve warehouse processes, product flow, space utilization, accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including significant warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and/or transportation functions.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, including inventory and pick, pack, and ship transactions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to maintain compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
