Warehouse Material Flow Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, 53083; relocation options available

Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop material supervisors and material handlers.
• Develop material flow strategies across warehouse and production value streams.
• Oversee receiving, dock-to-stock, put-away, replenishment, staging, cart picking, lineside materials, parts running, and inventory location management.
• Use ERP, WMS, and inventory data to monitor movement, maintain accuracy, and ensure material availability for production and customer fulfillment.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, material-handling processes, and inventory locations while reducing waste.
• Partner with Logistics Operations and Inventory Control leadership and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or material coordination.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience; union-environment experience preferred.
• Strong ERP and WMS transaction experience; SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, 5S, and safe equipment operation.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and errors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and use PPE when required.
