Branch Operations Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite work in offices, manufacturing plants, repair facilities, and potentially customer sites

What you will do

• Oversee shop operations across shipping, receiving, seal repair, assembly, procurement, and machining.
• Supervise, train, interview, hire, and evaluate employees, including recommendations on personnel actions.
• Manage profit and loss responsibility for the assigned shop.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, pricing, part identification, delivery dates, change orders, and repair services.
• Approve vendor orders, coordinate inventory, expedite customer orders, and maintain supply chain performance.
• Receive, verify, pull, pack, and ship materials and products according to work orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations and distribution.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of machining and integrated business and manufacturing systems involving MRP.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in office, warehouse, manufacturing, and repair environments, including lifting up to 60 pounds and wearing approved PPE on the factory floor.
