Medior/Senior Public Account Manager

hirify.global is expanding its Public Sector business unit and supports Belgian public sector organizations with IT transformation across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, compliance, Microsoft technologies, and managed services.

What you will do

• Develop new business opportunities within Belgian public sector organizations.
• Build strategic relationships with IT managers, CIOs, executives, and other key stakeholders.
• Advise customers on digital transformation and IT strategy throughout the customer journey.
• Manage public procurement processes, framework agreements, proposals, and complex commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal experts across security, Microsoft, cloud, and AI to develop customer solutions.
• Represent hirify.global at events and contribute market insights to the Public Sector strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a commercial IT role.
• Proven experience working with the Belgian public sector.
• Experience with public procurement processes and framework agreements.
• Strong network within the Flemish public sector.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Experience with complex IT projects is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with an IT integrator or technology vendor.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, security, cloud, or managed services.
• Existing network of CIOs, IT managers, and procurement departments.
• Knowledge of French.
