Sales Development Representative

What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales leads.
• Execute personalized outreach through email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ hiring approaches and recruiting needs.
• Create new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with SDRs to achieve sales goals and improve the lead-generation process.
• Take on additional projects as business needs require.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, prioritization skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to receive feedback and apply it effectively.
• Ability to adapt written and verbal communication to different audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to sales workflows.
• Experience with cold calling and cold emailing is beneficial.
• Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is unavailable.
