Senior Technical Program Manager (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across multiple markets, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch support.
• Design integration flows, API call sequences, and event schemas with Engineering for SaaS platforms and third-party services.
• Source, evaluate, onboard, configure, and manage SaaS vendors and technology partners, including deliverables, service levels, licensing, and costs.
• Define business value, KPIs, requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications, and coordinate UAT and go-live readiness.
• Manage security, privacy, compliance, risks, issues, releases, governance, and senior leadership reporting.
• Use AI tools for planning, documentation, analysis, scripting, and light prototyping, and help project teams adopt AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technology project or program management experience delivering complex cross-functional programs with internal and external teams.
• Strong technical foundation, including API documentation, system architecture, data flows, REST APIs, Postman, and integration design.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, customer data, CRM, loyalty, messaging, marketing automation, major cloud platforms, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Cursor in day-to-day work.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery skills, with experience using JIRA and Confluence, writing requirements, and presenting technical topics to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English, written Traditional Chinese, and spoken Cantonese are required. Experience working with regional teams in English is expected.

• Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Background in fintech, financial services, martech, or digital platforms.
• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin.
• PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification.
