Product Director (Financial Markets, FX & Financial Platform)

Location: Based in San Francisco, Singapore, Melbourne, or Sydney

Base salary: $240K–$340K per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans for financial markets and the financial platform.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Build scalable web and mobile products with engineering and design teams, managing requirements, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, legal, finance, operations, and financial partnerships teams to address regulatory and operational complexity.
• Extend FX, liquidity, stablecoin, ledger, wallet, reporting, and reconciliation products into new verticals and use cases.
• Monitor product performance, improve operations, and guide products from concept through launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Understanding of e-trading, eFX, and trading technology.
• Strong communication skills for conveying product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure complex problems, use data and first-principles insights, and make product decisions.
• Experience balancing user requirements with commercial strategy to drive product growth.
