Product Manager Specialist (Payout)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the short- and mid-term strategy for payout solutions.
• Expand payout capabilities into new markets from assessment and product design through launch and scaling.
• Translate market insights, merchant needs, and user pain points into product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Operations, Risk, PMM, and Commercial teams.
• Turn expansion goals into prioritized initiatives, epics, and user stories while tracking product and business metrics.
• Own a transparent, data-driven roadmap and continuously reassess priorities.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling revenue-generating financial products.
• Hands-on experience with payout products or solutions in payments, fintech, payment processing, or regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to own products end to end, from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
• Experience creating strategic roadmaps and driving sprint-level execution.
• Strong stakeholder influence, business acumen, ownership, and accountability.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
