Talent Sourcing Specialist

Location: Onsite in Shreveport, Louisiana or Tulsa, Oklahoma

What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to source and recruit candidates for current and future workforce needs.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines across multiple geographic areas using proactive and creative recruitment strategies.
• Research talent markets, assess supply and demand, and provide competitor and sourcing-channel insights.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed resume databases, and other digital recruiting platforms to identify and attract candidates.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, community colleges, and professional organizations; participate in career fairs and refer qualified candidates.
• Use hiring and sourcing statistics to improve recruitment decisions and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of corporate recruitment and placement experience for professional and management-level exempt positions.
• At least three years of experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management, consulting, coaching, business acumen, and global and cultural awareness.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work onsite in Shreveport, Louisiana or Tulsa, Oklahoma.
