Senior Sourcer – Claims & Military Talent

Location: San Antonio, TX; 100% onsite

hirify.global is hiring for a contract sourcing role supporting claims and military talent recruitment.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for Auto and Life Claims roles, including Claims Adjusters.
• Identify, engage, and re-engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, seasonal, and catastrophe-driven hiring.
• Source military talent and assess transferable experience for financial services and claims operations opportunities.
• Research regional labor markets, candidate availability, licensing requirements, and competitor hiring trends.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define candidate profiles and provide market insights.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of hands-on sourcing experience, including high-volume or operational recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for claims, insurance operations, or regulated hiring environments.
• Strong understanding of Auto Claims, Life Claims, Claims Adjuster, or similar roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, and managing candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational business leaders.
• Strong research, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing military talent and aligning military profiles with financial services opportunities.
• Background in insurance carriers, financial services, claims organizations, or third-party administrators.
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements for claims-related roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational hiring and using ATS/CRM platforms for pipeline management.
