AI Motion Designer & Creative Technologist (AI)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working policy. The role works with UK teams from Hungary, mostly remotely, with in-person creative sprints and workshops where possible.

What you will do

• Turn creative briefs into AI-generated and AI-enhanced imagery, video, and motion for social, paid, digital, and campaign work.
• Build prompts, workflows, styleframes, visual explorations, and reusable best practices across image and video generation tools.
• Finish AI output in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro while maintaining brand, character, and visual consistency.
• Build automation pipelines, scripts, plugins, node-based workflows, and browser utilities that remove repetitive creative-production steps.
• Advise creative directors, account teams, producers, and clients on AI possibilities, risks, costs, deliverables, and responsible usage.
• Test emerging tools and models, maintain internal tools, present work, and share knowledge through training and show-and-tell sessions.

Requirements

• Professional portfolio of AI-generated or AI-enhanced work.
• Strong design fundamentals, including composition, typography, colour, and visual judgement.
• Hands-on experience with node-based AI workflows such as Figma Weave, ComfyUI, or Flora, using models such as Flux, Veo, Kling, or Sora.
• Strong Photoshop skills and working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to script or automate creative workflows using tools such as Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, Figma plugins, or ComfyUI.
• Fluent English with confidence presenting processes and work to creative directors, account teams, and clients.

Nice to have

• Motion, 3D, or VFX experience.
• Custom model training, LLM APIs, agentic tooling, or content provenance standards experience.
