TL;DR
AI Solutions Architect (Azure/LLM): Designing and delivering cloud-native AI systems, including agentic systems, retrieval architectures, and LLM-backed applications, with an accent on enterprise security, governance, reliability, and Azure architecture. Focus on selecting and routing models, designing retrieval and context, controlling latency and inference cost, and deploying supportable solutions inside regulated client environments.
Location: Priority for candidates located in Serbia, Hungary, or Poland; hybrid work with one day per week in the office

What you will do
- Design and architect the internal platform and client-facing software solutions across the full product development lifecycle.
- Architect agentic and LLM-backed systems, including model selection and routing, retrieval and context design, tool use, and service orchestration.
- Design reliable AI systems with attention to latency, token and inference costs, data boundaries, audit trails, security, and compliance.
- Implement proposed solutions and provide technical guidance during development and deployment.
- Architect and deliver solutions using Microsoft Azure, including production and non-production environment provisioning.
- Work with customers and technical stakeholders on business analysis, due diligence, technical assessments, proposals, and architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional .NET and/or Python development experience and 3+ years in an architect role.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, distributed systems, cloud architecture patterns, and enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.
- Experience implementing advanced security, authentication, and single sign-on solutions.
- Production experience architecting and shipping AI systems is required, including knowledge of LLM APIs, RAG architectures, vector stores, agent frameworks, output evaluation, and guardrails.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience with front-end frameworks, Azure services, Agile/DevOps practices, and continuous integration and deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Angular or React, AWS or GCP, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience deploying solutions in client-owned or regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience defining AI standards or reference architectures, pre-sales, consulting, and cloud application performance tuning.
- Startup experience and previous remote work experience.
