TL;DR
Forward Deployed AI Engineer (AI agents/LLM): Building and deploying end-to-end AI agent solutions, LLM applications, integrations, and experimental systems inside enterprise client environments with an accent on measurable business impact, adoption, and knowledge transfer. Focus on assessing ambiguous client problems, designing production-ready solutions independently, and enabling client teams to operate and extend what you build.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; regular on-site work at client sites is required, with travel when clients are outside Budapest.

What you will do
- Work on site with client teams to understand technical, business, and process challenges.
- Identify where AI agents can create measurable value and agree on success metrics.
- Design and build end-to-end agentic workflows, LLM applications, system integrations, and exploratory experiments.
- Move solutions beyond proof of concept into active use and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Document solutions, train users and maintainers, and support client adoption.
- Share reusable solutions and lessons learned across future engagements.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience designing, building, and evaluating AI agent systems and using coding agents.
- Proven measurable impact from AI solutions that progressed beyond proof of concept into real-world use.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including explaining technical results in plain language and training client teams.
- Senior-level engineering experience across areas such as application development, data, and infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently as a one-person delivery team, adapt across short engagements, and handle multiple topics.
- Fluent English is required; regular on-site client work and travel outside Budapest are expected.
Nice to have
- Fluent Hungarian or German.
- Data science or machine learning experience, including model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation.
- Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform experience.
- Experience with Google ADK or LangGraph.
- Consulting or forward-deployed engineering experience.
