AI Data Strategy Implementation Leader (AI)

Location: On-site in Budapest, Hungary. Travel for workshops and meetings may be required, approximately once every three months.

What you will do

• Act as product manager for existing AI applications, providing user guidance and supporting successful implementation.
• Design solutions and automation using Salesforce AI across customer journeys and commercial processes.
• Partner with global project leaders to design and implement AI applications that support commercial growth and profitability.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and manage delivery through implementation.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, support change management, and execute roadmap and backlog deliverables with the Strategic AI Leader.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in computer science or data science-related roles.
• At least 1 year of experience with prompt engineering and AI applications.
• Solid experience with AI, CRM, and BI tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Copilot, and Qlik.
• Proven delivery experience in AI and demonstrated change management skills.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to work across multiple initiatives in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry.
