Forward Deployed AI Analyst (GenAI)

Location: Candidates located in Serbia, Hungary or Poland are prioritized; the role includes occasional travel to client sites.

What you will do

• Run discovery sessions with business and operations stakeholders to identify AI use cases, manual-work opportunities, and required human review.
• Build use-case catalogues, assess business value and implementation effort, and create prioritized roadmaps.
• Design and configure agentic solutions across AI Insights, Teams Agent, Analytical Portal, and Knowledge Hub.
• Create evaluation sets covering accuracy, grounding, consistency, and regression before deployment.
• Define data boundaries, approval gates, and audit trails with client risk and security teams.
• Deliver user training, drive adoption, automate repetitive analysis, and communicate product requirements to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, business intelligence consulting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and BI analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and create user stories, test cases, process flows, and reports.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills, with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Comfort with occasional travel to client sites and working in an experimental, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RAG, prompt design, AI agents, or AI evaluation.
• Experience with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Fabric, Python, APIs, or automation tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, data cleansing, or data modeling.
• Experience working in a client environment or regulated enterprise setting.
• Startup experience and previous remote-work experience.
