Content Operations Specialist (Training & Enablement)

Location: Hybrid in Weybridge, UK; role associated with Chertsey, UK

Salary: £178 day rate

hirify.global is recruiting for an international organisation delivering technical and customer service training content across European markets.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital training content across European markets.
• Coordinate content creation, publishing, localisation, quality assurance, and version control.
• Administer the central LMS, including catalogues, courses, curricula, and user pathways.
• Support digital credentialing and multi-market training and accreditation programmes.
• Test and roll out learning and content tools such as Easygenerator.
• Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, platform administration guides, and day-to-day user support.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or equivalent.
• Experience with digital credential platforms such as Credly.
• Familiarity with agile ticketing and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Working knowledge of modern authoring and learning enablement tools such as Easygenerator or Articulate 360.
• Experience in consumer electronics, engineering, or telecommunications environments.
• Exposure to localisation workflows and multilingual content management across European markets.
