Global Junior Technical Training Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote role associated with Ellesmere Port, England, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical training courses for medical device employees.
• Convert raw training materials into effective e-learning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Assist with peer reviews and assessments, including Technical File mirror reviews.
• Schedule CPD sessions, webinars, workshops, team calibration and peer-review activities.
• Manage training certificates, enrolments, records and trainee qualification tracking.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical device regulations and ensure training content remains compliant.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in the medical device field, particularly the IVD or MD industry.
• Experience training technical skills through online and face-to-face methodologies, preferably in multinational organisations.
• Bachelor-level education, preferably in engineering, science or research-based subjects.
• Teaching, mentoring, communication, project management and teamwork skills.
• Must hold a valid work permit in the country of residence.
