Vendor Operations, Automation

Location: San Mateo, California, for roles based at the headquarters. Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $144,620–$174,100 USD annual base pay, with eligibility for equity compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead horizontal programs that standardize and scale safety vendor operations.
• Design workflows, playbooks, SLAs, and success metrics with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation, including agentic and LLM-based solutions, for manual and repetitive processes.
• Build reporting, trend analyses, and program-health metrics from large operational datasets.
• Prepare communications for senior leadership covering program status, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate changes across vendor operations, Global Scaled Operations, Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of program or project management experience, ideally in operations, vendor management, or trust and safety.
• Experience designing reusable processes and driving adoption across teams.
• Hands-on process automation experience and practical familiarity with LLM-based agentic solutions.
• Experience with vendor relationship management, including SLAs, performance reviews, escalations, and delivery improvement.
• High proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and strong data fluency.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or another coding or scripting language.
• Experience with customer service operations or vendor-facing environments.
• Working understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
