  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing operations, or related technical environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in complex hardware environments such as robotics, aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, MRP, supply chain, inventory management, work orders, and production execution.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, and PLM systems and the connections between operational processes, data, and transactions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing or improving ERP, MES, MRP, or PLM systems such as Tulip, Arena, Rootstock, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Experience with prototype, NPI, and low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing.
  • Experience integrating engineering changes, BOMs, material planning, inventory, and manufacturing execution workflows.
  • Experience scaling operations, improving build readiness, and driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on collaboration with engineers, technicians, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Fast-paced, high-mix hardware development environment with significant ambiguity and operational complexity.
  • Team-first culture focused on operational clarity, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
