Deployment Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; occasional travel to customer sites of less than 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for robotic systems, from MSA signature and cell design through build, factory acceptance testing, and customer-site commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, and documentation within a matrixed organization.
• Coordinate customers, deployment teams, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, roadblocks, and process breakdowns.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on NPI projects and collaborate with technical teams to solve complex deployment problems.
• Drive post-deployment activities and transition cell ownership to Mission Control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in robotics, automation, or manufacturing.
• Experience deploying complex systems, preferably robotics or automation solutions, in manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management, agile methodology, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Experience with program management and planning tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, or similar software.
• Ability to work in a dotted-line environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Advanced degree.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industrial robotics.
