Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Process orders, deliveries, and invoices using SAP ERP.
• Monitor order processing and track monthly delivery performance.
• Prepare transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods shipped by road or sea.
• Handle customer inquiries and clarify delivery status in German and English.
• Record and process complaints and returns in SAP C4C CRM.
• Prepare accompanying documents for occasional national and international parcel shipments and support projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of customs and export control.
• Basic knowledge of regulations for transporting dangerous goods, including ADR and IMDG.
• Business-fluent German and good English skills are required.
• Strong communication, organization, resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and careful working style.
