Software Trainer II

Location: United States; the role works in the Pacific time zone and includes both remote and on-site training sessions.

Base pay: $64,900–$81,000 annually, plus eligible bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality software training through webinars, interactive virtual classrooms, on-site sessions, and certification courses.
• Present technical concepts clearly to audiences with different skill levels and needs.
• Update and adapt training materials with input from subject matter experts.
• Run virtual sessions independently using Zoom, Teams, and GoToWebinar.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand and address their needs.
• Own small projects such as new training modules, research, and sub-programs.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking, presentation, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
• Strong general technical skills, comfort with cloud-based tools, and ability to solve common technical issues.
• Ability to learn hirify.global products and services within six months.
• Ability to develop working knowledge of the AECO industry within six months.
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging tools, including AI technologies.
