Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), Design Team

What you will do

• Advise customers by phone and email on questions about their designs.
• Review submitted artwork for quality and technical feasibility, including resolution, format, and colours.
• Improve and adapt designs in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator through cutting out, retouching, vectorising, and resizing.
• Implement customer change requests and confirm the results with customers.
• Explain technical details clearly and find suitable design solutions with customers.
• Work with the design team and share feedback from customer conversations.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Customer service experience or a strong interest in helping people by phone and email.
• Friendly, patient, solution-oriented communication and a careful eye for design.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week in a part-time or full-time arrangement.

Nice to have

• Training or experience in media design, graphic design, or prepress.
